1. What is the warranty of this vr cinema?
Our machine warranty is one year for hardware, lifetime for software.
2. How can I pay?
We accept T/T, e-checking, credit card, western union and cash.
3. If the machine has problem, what should I do?
A. When production finish, our engineer will check every spare parts very well, and test films one by one, and then playing it for 24 hours
B. Our QC will check the machine's appearance and content before packing, if everything good, we can pack it soon.
C. When you get the products, just plug on and play films, it's very easy! If any problems, welcome to contact our after-sales, they can speak English and help to fix the problem within 12 hours.
4. How can I set a fee?
According to our customer's feedback, they usually take a ticket as a fee one time to one go for US$5, it depends on your local consumption level, if you have a good place, huge profit is not a problem.
5. What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 7-15 days upon receipt of 30% deposit.
6. What's certificate do you have?
We have CE & ROHS certificate.
