Popular vr machine supplier specialize in manufacturing arcade game simulator for 10 years- SKYFUN
Teardown day at the IAAPA Expo in Orlando is usually chaotic. Forklifts are everywhere, boxes are being taped up, and everyone is running on zero sleep. Typically, this is the moment when we collapse, pack our bags, and head to the airport for some well-deserved rest.
But this year, as the convention center lights flickered off, our team didn't head to the terminal. Not this time.
As the last box was packed at IAAPA, instead of checking into a hotel, we jumped into a car for a 7-hour marathon drive to South Carolina.

Our mission was urgent. The client in SC, the owner of Crazy Skates, was gearing up for the busiest season of the year: Christmas. He needed us before his big holiday opening.
We hitched a ride with the client’s uncle—let’s call him "Uncle Joe." Joe is a legend. For seven hours, through the dead of night, we drove north. We were exhausted, our bodies aching from standing at the booth for four days straight. But the adrenaline (and maybe a lot of coffee) kept us going.
We didn't sleep because we knew what was waiting for us at the other end.
We finally arrived in South Carolina. The location was... unique.
From the outside, the venue sits quietly in a spacious, almost isolated area. It’s a "destination location"—the kind of place people drive miles to visit. But stepping inside was like walking into a different dimension.

The contrast was striking. One minute we were in a quiet parking lot; the next, we were surrounded by walls of colorful roller skates, neon lights, and piles of Christmas gifts ready for the holiday rush. This wasn't just an arcade; it was a community hub. And it was our job to make sure the tech lived up to the hype.
This place operates on a "Reservation " model. Right now, it was empty, but in a few days, those parking lots outside would be overflowing with families. We had to make sure everything was perfect before they arrived.
The client is a huge Skyfun fan. Walking through his entertainment zone was like walking through our own catalog:
• 4-Seat VR Cinema
• Double 360° VR Simulator (The main attraction)
• 3-Screen Racing Simulator
• Plus rows of our Arcade Games and Claw Machines

The challenge was the Double 360° VR. It’s a beast of a machine, but the long-distance transport from the factory to South Carolina had caused some accessories to rattle loose. This is common with heavy machinery on long road trips.
Despite the 7-hour drive and the lack of sleep, our technical team didn't rest. We went straight to work:
1. Hardware Check: We tightened every bolt and secured the loose accessories on the 360 VR.
2. Software Tuning: We booted up every single machine—from the VR headsets to the Racing Sim PCs—to ensure the games ran smoothly and lag-free.

Fixing the machines is only half the job. The other half is ensuring the client knows how to run them effectively. We trained them on:
• How to safely secure guests in a 360° VR device.
• How to troubleshoot minor software glitches on a busy Saturday night.
• How to maintain equipment to extend its service life by several years.
By the time we finished, the staff weren't just pushing buttons; they were operators. They were confident. And confidence is what sells tickets.

Here is the part that surprises people.
We didn't charge for the travel. We didn't charge for the labor. We didn't charge for the training.
This trip was on the house.
We have a saying: Reputation is built like a tower, brick by brick.
We knew that if this venue had a successful, glitch-free Christmas season, that was worth more to Skyfun than any service invoice. The client’s relief and his genuine "Thank You" were the only payment we needed.
We didn't drive 7 hours through the night for a repair fee. We did it because we want Crazy Skates to have their best Christmas season ever. We want the kids in South Carolina to have their minds blown by our VR. We want the client to tell his friends, "Skyfun showed up when I needed them."

To our friends in South Carolina: Merry Christmas! We hope your players have a blast! 🎄✨
